The scenery is breathtaking. The owners and employees are welcoming, hospitable, friendly and helpful and accommodated our every need! The food was varied, delicious and cooked fresh to order. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The pets were friendly and amusing. Definitely come back!

This is the best place I've ever stayed. It is located on the lakeside with a stunning mountain view from every corner. I arrived from Ninh Binh by night bus and I paid 50k for a grab from the bus stop. They have 24h service and staff are very helpful. Food was fantastic. I extended my stay and did not want to leave.

The owner is one of the kindest people I ve ever met.. trying at every stage of my stay to make sure I will have the best experience ever! He came to pick me up from the bus station at 11pm and then even cooked dinner for me! He told me I should not even pay the first day.. and waited for me to go back after 3 nights and pay then (I have booked 1 day before a cave adventure.. and one night after). He is very responsive through whatsapp. The room is simple but also very clean! About the location I am not 100% sure because I didnt really go out, but I rented a motorbike to move around during the day and everything was 10' . The river is very beautiful! For Breakfast he made me a sandwich and put it on paper so I could take it with me on my cave adventure. It really felt as if I am visiting family, who want to take amazing care of me :) I didnt feel like I was staying in a hotel.

Nice place with great view on the river. Clean. Super nice owner (Tien)who helps with everything. And he is definitely not so pushy like a lot of Vietnamese. We really liked this place. Great pool. Big recommendation

Huy is an amazing host. He gave us a lot of advice to visit Phong nah. The place is beautiful with amazing views. The room is quite basic, and the breakfast is local and healthy :-) I recommend it if you're traveling on a budget !

Truly astonishing service! It’s hard to even put in words, so I’ll just tell you to look no further, this is THE place to stay in Phong Nha. The owner was super nice and helpful, she handled everything related to our trip exceptionally: we got a great, spacious, modern room with mountain and pool view, we were able to check in early, she handled our cave trip, airport pickup, transport to the next place, we didn’t even have to look for a place to eat as breakfast, lunch and family dinner were all superb. Also, the place seems recently build, the pictures do not lie about the state of the room, which is really uncommon from our experience All in all, we felt completely taken care of, highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

Tu Tu made us feel right at home. Super friendly you can see she has a lot of love for what she does. She even lend us some clothes (I had a very bad sunburn and couldnt find any long sleeve shirts nearby). She also gave us tips on where to go and helped booking everything. She even picked us up at 04:00 at the busstop. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Tu Tu!
