Everything about our stay with Palafita Bungalow was outstanding. The moment we arrived, we felt like home. The owner cared so much about us and organized everything for us (Tours, transfers, restaurants, etc). The property has a lot to offer - pool, terrace, garden, sunbeds and the view to the rice fields is simply stunning. We would definitely recommend everybody to stay here. While we were waiting for our bus, the owner texted me that I forgot my ear phones. She immediately drove over for 10km to bring them back to me and she refused to take any money.

This nature retreat is a gem! Stunning rooms with relaxing views and the delightful company of friendly animals (little dogs, cats, piglets, buffaloes and more!). Delicious, reasonably priced food on-site. They offer bike and scooter rentals and various tours (group or personalized) to explore the beautiful surroundings. Nice refreshing pool with hammocks. The enriching yoga and meditation sessions with Sylvie, offered both morning and evening, were a true highlight and a significant added value to my stay. Highly recommend for a truly immersive and restorative experience and adventurous getaway!

comfortable spacious room with a partial view of the lake, slightly outside of town but great for a retreat with free daily yoga classes and lots of animals and pets on the premises. hosts and staff were friendly and very helpful. didn't stay the first booking as they were accidentally overbooked but quickly arranged for an alternative place for me; and also kindly paid for it. thanks a lot! I hope to come back for more cave tours and to stay here again.

Huy is an exceptional host. He helped us planning the activities of our stay. He has good knowledge of Phong Nha. The room was very confortable, hot water with good pressure. The breakfast are very tasty and different every morning. Their is excellent coffee at good price. The homestay is 5 minutes away of the center (in scooter), so its close but very calm. We stayed 5 more nights than we were suppose to. Really enjoyed the place

The host is one of the nicest people I have ever come across. Excellent communication skill. Top notch assistance. She booked our bus tickets to Phong Nha and out of Phong Nha for us, arranged pick up, accommodated early check in, managed fantastic tours at great prices, even before we asked. Her place has motorbike rental service, laundry service, everything we needed. We had arrived early the day before, but she still offered us breakfast. She even arranged a lovely dinner for us at the end of our stay. Tutu made us feel welcome at all times, and we could not point out a single flaw even if we tried to. If I ever come back to Phong Nha, I will not even think twice about where I will stay.

-The owner Sy it’s the nicest person that we meet in our stay in Vietnam. -Free pick up by scooter at the bus station 9:30pm -My girlfriend had a little health problem and he prepared a nice meal for her and gives us also some medicine without asking anything back. -He arranged excursions, scooter and bus for us at the best price. -The place looks new in perfect condition and super clean. -The room was big and clean also the bathroom was very big and clean. -We had a very nice massage.
