Everything was very clean, and the place smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had a rich menu with excellent food. It was quiet, and the facilities were great.

Awesome place, location, location, location!! Free car park, amazing brekky included and the most helpful and friendly staff that we've ever come across in a hotel. Young guy at reception, very casual and laid back but came down two flights of stairs to the car park and carried both our suitcases up to the room, he insisted and they weren't exactly light, biggest smile on his face. Gave us some good lunch tips and where to go for sightseeing, gave us a copy of the google map and had drawn a route. Good value for money and room was immaculate, clean bed, clean bathroom, shower, you name it. Would come to Prizren just to stay here!! Oh and they make some of the best cappuccinos that we've ever had anywhere in the world!!

Charming hotel opened just a few days ago (August 2025), and run by a very nice family. They have been so kind and the hotel was very clean, comfortable and well located (10min walk to city centre). Nice and clean. The hotel is in a quiet place, but very close to the famous shopping places in Prizren and not very far from the center. The reception lady was very helpful about everything. The breakfast was perfect. Would definitely recommend for everyone!
