I have to say that our stay in South Africa was even better than we thought and this because we stayed at Bloemenzee Boutique B&B. The breakfast was very good and varied The three course dinner offered was five star The rooms were cozy The dogs were cute and kind The garden was very nice and green with two poles The area was quiet and walking distance to the local range of restaurants and the beach approximately 10-15 minutes But the best thing was the couple who owned the place, Lidwien & Franz, very service minded and humbly offered us a lift to the airport as they were going in that direction anyway. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Gordons Bay and South Africa, we will definitely be back.

It was a short but AWESOME stay.The hosts, Rob & Maddy, was most hospitable as our pets were made to feel so welcome. We are only the 2nd group to have stayed there, one can only envision what success story is on the making. The 2bedroom apartment is on the property of the hosts, but at no given time was out privacy invaded, and as mentioned, our pets were made to feel at home. It's a rare find to have a pet friendly environment, where one's pets are prioritised without the red tape. I look forward to visiting there again in the future and will definitely recommend the property to family and friends. Thank you Maddy & Rob your humble and kind reception will always be remembered. Friendly people. Amazing sites to see. Shopping malls & restaurants in all directions. Spur is located by the beach which makes it even more beautiful to look out at the beach. There's a wine farm situated not far from the location. Perfect location for a break away from your busy life.

Gordons Bay is tucked into the curve of the bay.

Gordons Bay is tucked into the curve of the bay. It is a quaint fishing town but offers so much. The beaches and the Harbour, where there is always something happening. Cycling from Gordons bay to Betty's Bay is a must. Beautiful coast line to walk around. Wonderful restaurants where you will always find the local people enjoying themselves and want to include the visitors. Many wine farms only a stones throw away. All in all Gordons Bay offered us as a family a wonderful couple of day to exercise, braai, walk and have memorable time together. Excellent destination for just getting away.

The view from the apartment balcony is stunning—perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even sundowners and mimosas. It's also a great spot for board games, though keep in mind there's a restaurant below. The area is close to everything, with convenient stores and a welcoming, friendly town atmosphere.

Gordon's Bay is a lovely area around the beach and Harbour...

Gordon's Bay is a lovely area around the beach and Harbour Island. It's a bit far away from Cape Town if you want to occasionally go for a dinner or a stroll through Cape Town as a tourist, I'd recommend something closer. Otherwise it's well worth a visit.

Easy access to wine farms in Elgin, Stellenbosch etc. Well located for time in Cape Town. We had fun on Gordon bay itself, rented jet ski’s, enjoyed the local restaurants and as a result of Gordon’s bay location, one is protected from the prevailing winds. Elgin train market is worth a visit

It was great, beautiful location, spacious room, comfortable beds. Great breakfast facilities and buffet (and the cappucino’s (little extra costs) are good. A few nice restaurants just outside the hotel. Would certainly come back.
