Arriving at Bloemenzee, you are warmly welcomed by Frans and Lidwien and that amazing hospitality continued throughout our stay. They both show a real interest in you and are amazing hosts. They make you feel at home. Our room was spacious, beds are comfy, with tea, coffee and tasty cookies available. The garden is beautifully maintained with two pools to cool off. The breakfasts were great and we had an evening meal cooked by Frans which was so delicious, some of the best food we had all trip. We were sad to leave and will definitely be returning.

It was a short but AWESOME stay.The hosts, Rob & Maddy, was most hospitable as our pets were made to feel so welcome. We are only the 2nd group to have stayed there, one can only envision what success story is on the making. The 2bedroom apartment is on the property of the hosts, but at no given time was out privacy invaded, and as mentioned, our pets were made to feel at home. It's a rare find to have a pet friendly environment, where one's pets are prioritised without the red tape. I look forward to visiting there again in the future and will definitely recommend the property to family and friends. Thank you Maddy & Rob your humble and kind reception will always be remembered. Good luck to you on your new found venture and may your successes be measured fruitfully and may you go from strength to strength. Friendly people. Amazing sites to see. Shopping malls & restaurants in all directions. Spur is located by the beach which makes it even more beautiful to look out at the beach. There's a wine farm situated not far from the location. Perfect location for a break away from your busy life.

Gordons Bay is tucked into the curve of the bay.

Gordons Bay is tucked into the curve of the bay. It is a quaint fishing town but offers so much. The beaches and the Harbour, where there is always something happening. Cycling from Gordons bay to Betty's Bay is a must. Beautiful coast line to walk around. Wonderful restaurants where you will always find the local people enjoying themselves and want to include the visitors. Many wine farms only a stones throw away. All in all Gordons Bay offered us as a family a wonderful couple of day to exercise, braai, walk and have memorable time together. Excellent destination for just getting away.

The view from the apartment balcony is stunning—perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even sundowners and mimosas. It's also a great spot for board games, though keep in mind there's a restaurant below. The area is close to everything, with convenient stores and a welcoming, friendly town atmosphere.

Gordon's Bay is a lovely area around the beach and Harbour Island. It's a bit far away from Cape Town if you want to occasionally go for a dinner or a stroll through Cape Town as a tourist, I'd recommend something closer. Otherwise it's well worth a visit.

Easy access to wine farms in Elgin, Stellenbosch etc. Well located for time in Cape Town. We had fun on Gordon bay itself, rented jet ski’s, enjoyed the local restaurants and as a result of Gordon’s bay location, one is protected from the prevailing winds. Elgin train market is worth a visit

This Boutique hotel is nicely located in Gordon's Bay with an absolutely stunning view of the ocean and an ideal infinity pool. Scrumptious breakfast is served of the deck overlooking the ocean. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have very comfortable beds and pillows - I usually struggle to sleep the first two nights in a strange place but here I slept like a baby!

We had upgraded to a suite, the accommodation was awesome, lovely space, patio opening up to the pool area. Friendly staff. They could of been more accommodating of my requests. Breakfast had a wonderful spread, and everyone was catered for. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel situation is centrally located to spend time on the beach or taking a drive out.

We booked very last minute due to the hotel we turned up had gone out of business, so got onto booking.com, turned up at property 30 minutes later, called owner and was in the property within minutes. Excellent communications and the property was clean and safe.
