Everything. The location is lovely, calm and with an incredible view upon the bay. The breakfast is very nice, it may not look a lot at first but everything is done to avoid as much waste as possible, so if you still need something or are hungry, just ask the staff and you will get it in no time. The place is calm, the breakfast room is quiet and very beautiful. The pool is also very good, shallow at the beginning for you GS kids and deep at the end (1.9 m or more) perfect for adults. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms too and very clean. And don't forget about the shower gel and shampoo that smell delightful but not strong. Ho and alongside the path, lavender, mint, rosemary and other plants are growing making the garden smelling good. Everyone is kind, lovely, always trying to help. We had an amazing stay and are very sad we had to leave. Highly highly recommend it!!!!

Set at the foot of the hills in the picturesque Hout Bay the sanctuary lives up to its name. The a accommodations are absolutely perfect and had us relaxed within a few moments of arriving. And the staff (Jay and Doc) made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. We will be back!

Everything was more than perfect ! The staff is just amazing, always available for their guests. Moreover the breakfast offers a large selection with fresh products. The room is quiet and equipment amazing ! A minibar is included in the room price, coffee and tee and many more are also available. The location is near the beaches of camps bay and Clifton ! I recommend more than 100%!! We will definitely come back !

If I could give 20 as rate wouldn't be enough! I have never seen so much lush greenery so perfectly maintained! The gardens at The Cellar Hohenort are an absolute masterpiece—every corner feels like stepping into a dream. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Let me begin by saying the staff is exceptional: very friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a little terrace where we could eat our breakfast. Pool area is lovely and was never crowded (December). Pool is heated. Plenty of Champaigne going around ! It’s nested in a beautiful vineyards and a park so ideal to just go around and chill with our 2 yo old boy. Both restaurants on the premises are yummy. I had a massage at the hotel spa and that was very good too.

What a lovely boutique hotel. In a great location only a few minutes walk to fabulous Camps Bay beach and also all the restaurants. Our room was fabulous, very spacious & bright, lovely big comfortable bed & great bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. The best part though is the staff, all so friendly & helpful. Our flight back home was cancelled & we had to stay an extra night. Cyndy, the manageress, was so helpful & rang around other hotels to try to find us a room as Sea Five was fully booked. Due to a conference, all other hotels were full but marvellous Cyndy managed to rearrange things and gave us a fabulous room so in the end we did not even have to move. A lovely caring person genuinely interested in making guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much again Cyndy.
