The location was perfect for us and the view was absoluty breathtaking. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Excellent value for what you are paying. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve never stayed anywhere that have a staff as warm and friendly as the staff at Neighbourgood Newlands. They were so welcoming and so helpful. We really felt at home. The room was really comfortable and neat and clean. The cafe downstairs did great coffee and breakfast.

The property was excellent, nicely maintained & the location was scenic with a beautiful backdrop of the mountain. Graham the owner of the property is an excellent guy, hardworking, friendly & makes you feel like you are at home. I stayed here for 2 days & enjoyed my every moment. I would strongly recommend Harfield Guest Villa if you are looking for a stay in that vicinity.
