The two rooms we had for our family, had everything we needed for our short stay. The room and bathroom were larger than your standard hotel accommodation. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help out. We felt safe in the property and it was surrounded by a beautiful garden. The breakfast which was included was also delicious.

The hotel is very modern (industrial style) and well looked after - nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast with lots of choices at the buffet. Good cappuccino and tasty hot chocolate, freshly made omelettes. Huge rooftop terrace with restaurant & bar plus swimming pool and stunning views. A popular spot for locals to chill out, prices for meals & drinks are moderate. Very good WiFi and perfectly working air condition/heating system. The hotel is situated in Loftus Park, a very nice area (next to the stadium) and close to the center. It offers a beautiful and clean environment with supermarket (Checkers), shops, restaurants and bars. Outside parking was not a problem, because the area is very safe. As far as we could figure out on of the best areas in town. A special thanks to Takhele, our waiter, who was always in a good mood, very attentive and extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!

    The intimidation of Local Taxi operators to Uber and Bolt transporters should really be address as a matter of urgency. When using Gautrain, you have to walk away from the station to catch a ride and when it is raining, like it was when I arrived you can only imagine the inconvenience.

    Pretoria was a great experience overall — the city has a lot to offer and I enjoyed exploring it. That said, I’d recommend visiting with someone if you can. Traveling alone is fine, but it’s definitely more enjoyable when you have company to share the experience with.

    I lived in Pretoria for 5 years before moving to the UK.

    I lived in Pretoria for 5 years before moving to the UK. Pretoria has its own special uniqueness. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many of the smaller shopping centers had been upgraded and new shops added. However, the road works on Solomon Mahlangu Drive have been going on for years, I have been gone for 2 and a half years, and that particular road is still a nightmare. One word of warning to travellers is don't presume that because the traffic light is green you can go, way too many drivers think a red light means they can keep going. Saw a few nasty accidents while there. I found in general, SA has become ridiculously expensive, especially when eating out. Keep valuables in the trunk of your car and always check that your vehicle is locked before walking away to do shopping.

    Safe and clean with reliable public transport and friendly people. My favourite places were the Woodlands Boulevard Mall and Atterbury Value Mart. There were a variety or restaurants where I able to dine.

    It was a very different, slightly surreal experience. Basically, it is a giant water park on the edge of Pretoria with a party atmosphere. We were impressed by the staff; they were late getting the room ready, but they handled it really well, offering complimentary drinks and then upgrading us. They turned what could have been frustrating into a more pleasant experience. I wish we had at least another night here.

    Perfectly located close to shopping centers, the Pretoria East hospital and various restaurants (very nice ones within walking distance). The hotel is beautiful, rooms are huge and very well laid out. Plenty of space to relax outside as well. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were very accommodating regarding our special needs. Will definitely be staying there again.
