Everything was excellent and definitely I will prefer this hotel always when I am traveling to Lusaka. I was room upgraded during the check in. The food - breakfast and dinner was fantastic. I liked how quick they are. I noticed the water in the shower was not getting hot but only lukewarm and I immediately called to the reception. And a few minutes later,they sent someone to come and check it out and fixed the problem.
