The condo was excellent! Very clean and roomy with a walkout to a patio and garden. The roof top swimming pool and exercise room were outstanding. The location was superb: 7-11 store just outside, grocery store around the corner, 2 minute walk to 5th avenue and 5 minute walk to the beach! The parking garage was very accessible. Rafael and Liana were both very helpful. I will try to book the same condo next time I go to Playa del Carmen!

We loved it. A pity that the beach couldn’t be used but this was a problem throughout our stay in Mexico. Staff friendly, room extremely clean and cleaned fully upon request every single day. The condo is super comfortable, it has literally everything that you need. It made us extend the stay. No noise disturbance which is the case in a lot of other places. The swimming pool on the opposite side is super quiet and beautiful.

Great location 5 minutes from the beach and from the 5h Avenue. Very calm and safe. The appartment is furnished with everything you might need, including micro-wave, oven and even a blender to make fresh juices or salsas. Very clean and confortable. The pool is very nice, with its waterfall and jacuzzi. Great value for money!
