Amazing location, secluded quiet beach within few minutes walking down from villa. hard to get to, from the road by car and walking down (not for easily scared drivers or anyone with problems walking few steep steps), but if it was easy then the beach would be crowded and not as amazing. So I hope the owner manages to keep it just as it is---simple and perfect! Also the owner is extremely nice, helpful and knows very well the area. Overall, a huge positive surprise to find such a quiet beautiful spot in summer within short drive from Athens.

My wife and I stayed at this fabulous brand new house near Tyros in late October. This was comfortably the best holiday let we ever stayed at. The interior was very tastefully decorated with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with immense views to the sea. High end finishes with top notch wooden floors, marble bathrooms, cotton bedding, luxury kitchenware and magnificent furniture. Outside, we found ourselves taking a dip in the pool every morning. A private path to a secluded private beach is just a couple of minutes walk. An excellent grand piano in the living room came in as a welcome surprise as my wife loved to practice her skills! Several pristine beaches nearby, wonderful treks and a 5’ drive to the small town of Tyros. This is not touristy Greece, totally off the beaten track and certainly well worth it.

Our stay at Matas House was perfect. The owners were kind and accommodating. For the duration of our stay the owners were willing to help us with anything we needed, it was a pleasure to meet them. The house had all the equipment we needed, the owners even left us a welcome present which was very nice. The view from the house was amazing, and the location is very peacefull with little to no other tourists. The owners speak english well, there was no problem with communication.

Elevi is a wonderful, newly built luxury accommodation. The facilities are excellent, brand new and impeccably clean. Our apartment had three balconies, and sea view. The swimming pool was clean and nice size, great for early morning or evening dip. The parking area is huge. The host was great, kind and helpful. There are two lovely beaches a very short drive away from the estate. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and cold water in the fridge.

I recently stayed at Forrest Guesthouse in Polydroso and had a wonderful experience. The place was incredibly cosy, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The guesthouse was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail were also impressive. Owners of the property have created a picturesque little house which is cozy and far more comfortable than its size. Hosts were always in touch with me in case I needed something. It also had a nice little yard and a rooftop where I could stargaze for hours if there were no mosquitoes. The village of Pragmateftis is suitable for someone who wants serenity and quiet time. There are no restaurants, cafes or other similar places. At night the only sound was a dog barking from far away. Keep in mind that the village is not built for cars. At busy times parking is available not near the property but also not terribly far. Also village roads are narrow so for bigger cars some skill and some patience is needed.

    We spent a really great time there! It is a lovely cottage in a lovely village! The house is spacious and comfortable. We were there three families and we had enough place. The best is teracce with a big table where we could eat braekfast every day in this peaceful and gorgouse sourronding. Julia quickly was answering for every our question and there wasn't a problem with lately check-in, when we arravived after 10 p.m. Thank you for all! Best regards, Dorota
