Wow, what a great place to stay. The facilities are amazing for people with disabilities. This trip would not have been possible without this place. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. I genuinely couldn't recommend it more and hopefully one day be back.

Everything about our stay was perfect!! Our host was incredibly helpful and welcoming and the cottage is lovely, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and with everything you need. The location is superb..a very quiet and scenic part of Bergen and an excellent starting point for cycling tours and walks as well as only a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants. All in all a great stay we would love to repeat!

Our friendly hosts met us upon arrival and contacted us mid-week to make sure everything was alright. The house is spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard, with a huge bed, excellent shower room and a relaxing spacious lounge area. We enjoyed being close to Alkmaar and to the coast. There are supermarkets and restaurants within close vicinity of the house and a stall selling excellent ice-cream and chips just over the road.

Such a well thought out and comfortable accommodation with a great big bedroom, nice bathroom and a covered outdoor space to sit and enjoy. Very comfortable bed, lots of windows, easy to find and access the town. Quick response from the owner to answer a question. And beautiful walks in the forest behind the house. Would highly recommend.

The chalet was very well furnished, very clean, and extremely cozy. There is enough space for a family with a master bedroom and two separate beds in the children's bedroom. After unpacking, we stored our large suitcases in the tool shed. The terrace with the two deck chairs was just as great as the benches behind the house. We had a wonderful time. We also liked the holiday park. We went to the restaurant and the pool, bought fresh bread rolls every morning and occasionally enjoyed delicious soft ice cream from the kiosk. A minor problem was quickly resolved by one of the park's caretakers.
