    The host had our rooms ready early and had helpful tips about Arrowtown. Once heated, the cottage was cosy. Generous supply of pillows and extra bedding.

    Owners are lovely, cottage was spotlessly clean, easy walking distance to town hub (even for an arthritic 74 year-old). Lots of interesting historical artefacts inside as well as out. Didn’t feel like a motel, rather a lovely, cosy cottage.

    This place was heaven. Exactly as described and more. The hosts were lovely and had heaps of helpful tips. Our cottage was super warm and cozy when we arrived late...just before a storm. I could have stayed snuggled up in bed listening to the rain quite easily.

    Lovely comfy beds, cozy feel to cottage, everything was really clean, great it had 2 bathrooms - 1 for each bedroom, rather than one ‘master’ bathroom. Helpful owner. Lovely peaceful surroundings.

    It is a lovely cottage and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I enjoyed proximity to the village but also that it was far enough away to feel 'in the country'. The extras provided - coffee, tea, biscuits, some food etc - were welcoming. The place was warm and cosy, and Arrowtown is such a lovely spot as a base to enjoy the region. The mountains, the fresh air and the peacefulness of the area was just what I needed.
