This villa is in a full tropical garden, very well maintened, with huge pool and the possibility to stay in two rooms that you can choose! The owner Erick is an amazing guy, ready to help and to make sure you have an amazing stay! The staff there, three people that are taking care exclusively for you is so amazing and give you full privacy. Ricky, the main responsible, is such a great person that can really make you feel you have a perfect stay there! Overall without any doubt i am so happy we choose this villa and definitely will come back again!

First of all, we had such a warm greeting by the staff, especially Rosebie, she was responsible for taking good care of us. She did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great time and responded to our requests on WhatsApp almost instantly. Conditions and interior of each room and common space, balcony, infinity pool etc. were all so amazing. The view is great by the way. We constantly spoke about what great choice we made by booking here. Some reviews say that it is hard to find an e-trike, but Rosebie helped us reserve every time if we just request 30~45 mins in advance, so we had no trouble getting to Astoria in time for the island hopping or for just getting to dmall or checking out. Getting back also was not an issue as drivers all knew One Hagdan. Lastly I felt very bad because we lost the main door key.. but Rosebie handled the situation warmly.

We had a bad previous experience as we were scammed out of $500 by a fictional property in Borocay (note: even though I brought this to bookings.com's attention, that property was still on their site weeks later, so caveat emptor). We were glad to book Franky's after that experience. The best thing about Franky's is the live-in attendant Roy and his lovely family. He was always available to help during power-cuts or with booking transport and the fact they live on the property added to our sense of security when we went out. The property is exactly as photographed and there are three spacious bedrooms and a living area. We were easily able to self-cater and there are small supermarkets very nearby with malls a short trike-ride away. There is also a small beach which has two great restaurants. The property is on a hillside with a main road at the bottom and we could usually pick up a trike there. It is a very quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins by trike from the touristy area so it was ideal for a family.
