The kitchen was functional, WiFi worked perfectly and the washing machine was a plus! The beds were comfortable and we had some very good night sleep being surrounded just by nature. The staff is available if needed. The view of mount Aso is amazing. It's located in a little wood area surrounded by fields, 10 min drive from the nearest Onsen Town (recommend trying one of the public ones for sure!). We would love to stay here again!

You can go to a real cute market place where everything is from the farms around, such a nice moment. The owners were nice and careful. It’s located in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet still very convenient — just a few minutes’ drive to supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a lot of care. It truly feels like a home away from home. There were six of us, and the space was more than enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even went out of their way to help us make a dinner reservation — we really appreciated that kind gesture. The place is also very well-equipped with everything we needed. We only stayed for one night this time, which felt far too short. Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to come back and stay for a few more days next time. Overall, this stay went beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
