Victoria was an incredible host and was so helpful in giving us advice about how to spend our time there. The location is remote, but we're so glad that we stayed there and not in the hustle and bustle of San Juan del Sur. The house we stayed in exceeded our expectations and was beautifully designed, super comfortable and just a great place to hang out in, cook in and feel the breeze come through. The beach is stunning too and it's just a short 8-minute walk away down the creek trail (assume this is only open in dry season). We loved Playa Maderas and absolutely recommend this as an awesome option for somewhere quiet and beautiful.

Bedrooms have aircon as does living room Warning-Inside tiles very slippery with unexpected steps- both of us had falls and were very lucky not to be seriously injured
