After a long and dusty journey to Karatu, this guest house seemed like a little oasis. We were warmly welcomed by Olivia and the staff with juice before being shown to our rooms. We stayed in the bungalow outside, with a beautiful view of the garden especially sunset. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast the next morning. We ordered packed lunches, which were substantial for our needs during a long day on safari. Olivia also organised for our laundry to be done.

Nothing. We did not manage to get to the lodge. It is quite complicated to get there in particular during rain season.

Nestled amidst trees and flowers, the cozy hut provided a clean and comfortable stay, complete with a thoughtful touch like a warm water bottle in the evening. The delicious meals, presented with excellence, and the attentive staff added to the overall charm. The diverse range of activities, from visiting a local school to the awe-inspiring day safari in Serengeti, made my stay memorable. Looking forward to returning soon.

The lodge is inside the national park, beautiful view and sunset, feeling of relaxation in the wilderness. Friendly staff and nice food.

Staff are great and we stayed here three times, once even got a upgrade to a family room because there was a power cut and they couldn't receive our confirmation so the regular rooms were already booked up. They also serve excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner if you request it. There isn't much around the lodge so you'd have to take a car town for eating and groceries.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful (pre-communication with Luc was great, staff on site was attentive). Food was excellent, drink selection could be a bit better. Lodge and yard were spotless and quiet - nice place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The lunch boxes were great - especially compared to others.

We had a magical stay at the Foresight Eco Lodge. The lodge is located up in the hills surrounded by nature, with a nice fireplace to relax and watch the sunset. Our room was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. The whole team was very friendly and always helpful. Anita, one of the managing partners, organized us a great safari experience with an experienced guide and driver. I highly recommend staying there.
