The hotel team is one of the best service and customer oriented I have ever had the pleasure to experience; the proactive, unobtrusive service culture that is lived here is outstanding. the rooms are above expectation, well air-cooled and spacious anyway. I’d like to express my gratitude for the services that I received during my stay. It started with a courtesy upgrade from the front desk team (thanks to Yassine) and I found myself in a suite on the 16th floor with a balcony. I was not only impressed by size of the suite but more with the silence, you hear nothing, no moves from the corridor, no neighbors, even not from above. Needless to say that the suite is stylish, with a timeless design and well equipped with a super-sized marble bathroom (rain douche, plus a bathtub, toilet, bidet), separate guest toilet, an American kitchen (fully equipped), a living room with a separate dining table for 6 persons and a dressing room that connects the bedroom with the bathroom and a bedroom equipped with a kingsize boxspring bed.

What a gem! I really liked this hotel, it’s on the most beautiful and alive street in JBR, inline with all the luxurious hotels. The hotel is modern, designed in a youthful vibe. Everything is clean, well-equipped and people here are so friendly, but professional (shoutout to Chetan). The room is clean, with everything you need. I slept like a baby. Although my room was on the ground floor, it didn’t bother me ( I do recommend having the room with a terrace, it has a more private vibe and another plus is that you can open the window, something you can’t do on the standard room). The other benefit of this hotel is the access to Cove beach club. Honestly, it was a big plus! Towels and sun beds provided, you just need to sit and relax. Overall, it was excelent!

A fantastic hotel that deserves all the praise, the location is excellent, the service is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent, the standards are at the highest level, the cleaning is perfect with all the praise for the lady who cleaned our room. Pure perfection and a dream vacation, there is no fault with this hotel. And the swimming pool is just as good, what can you say, you have to come and see for yourself, you won't regret it.

The staff was super kind, they treated us with Great manners. The breakfast was so rich and even the most picky eater would find something to eat. Their hospitality was amazing, we felt like home

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and helpful and the formalities went smooth. We got our room two hours sooner and it was beyond any expectations: big, clean and with a tropical vibe. The bed was huge and comfortable and the view was spectacular at the 17th floor with frontal sea view. We booked half-board and it was the best idea ever. Breakfast had a lot of variety for all tastes and we could eat either inside or outside, naturally we dine every time outside to enhance our experience. Dinner has different a theme every night and we got: street food, international, ribs and french cusine and we enjoyed it every time. The staff was helpful and always there to help your every need. The hotel is close to DMCC Metro station and also has tram and bus connections in just 8 minutes walk. The proximity with JBR area, Dubai Marina and Bluewater it's the greatest asset because you never run out of things to do. This hotel is the best option if you want to have both a dynamic holiday in Dubai or just for relaxation.
