It was my mom’s birthday and they made her feel extra special by giving her decor for her room and happy birthdys sign and flowers. She was so happy!

The staff were amazing . Cherryl helped with tours and site seeing and was so kind . All the staff always smiled and were friendly . Loved the golf carts and transfers. my son loved the pool and paddle boards. The view from rooms and pool was amazing

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

Large clean rooms and nice swimming pool

They have the best staff and attendants. Very attentive to the customer's needs. They will go out of their way to make sure you are well taken cared off. Special mention to Ate Melody and the young Filipina lady. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

My stay at the Ocean Star Hotel in downtown Koror, close to the T-Dock, was a notably comfortable experience. The standout feature of the hotel was its exceptionally clean and modern rooms. Every request was met with a smile and prompt assistance, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel offers breakfast, which I found to be quite satisfying. The quality of the food was good, providing a pleasant start to each day. It was a enjoyable meal that catered well to the start of a busy day exploring Koror. The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking to be in the heart of the city and near the T-Dock. It serves as a convenient base for various activities and exploring the local area. The proximity to key attractions and ease of access to day trips around Koror was a significant advantage. In summary, the Ocean Star Hotel provided a good stay with its clean, modern rooms and excellent service. The breakfast was a nice addition to the mornings, and the central location made it easy to enjoy the best of Koror. This hotel is a suitable option for travelers looking for a comfortable and straightforward place to stay in the city.

Tldr; it's amazing. Fiest of all, the staff is great and very helpful with most requests, trying to make it the best stay possible. The breakfast is delivered upon a decided hour during the check-in and each day is a different one, making it a great kind of routine. The apartment itself is very spacious with the main bedroom, a small living with ocean (and sunset) views, and then the shower and toilet. The amenities provided contain even a razor, outside the typical ones. Also, there's lots of storage space and in one of the wardrobes one could find bathrobes and room slippers. The location is midway between the downtown and the airport, making it a great walking routine to any islands and even being close enough to the Dock M beach.

In particular the very friendly staff made my stay so nice. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting as you passed the reception area. The most friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at made my stay exceptional. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower beds were comfortable.
