From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. Isabel at the front desk greeted us so kindly and made us feel completely at home. She even made sure we had fresh fruit during our stay – a truly thoughtful and generous gesture. Our room was pure comfort and relaxation – beautifully clean, the beds were extremely comfortable (some of the best we’ve ever slept on!), and the bathroom was spotless and perfect. Everything about the room felt pampering and cozy – we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in it. The hotel also offers wonderful features for families: Outside, there are two adorable rabbits and a squirrel, as well as slides and outdoor play areas for children. Inside, there are also games and activities – our child was absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop smiling! Before we left for the airport, we needed to weigh our luggage, and when we asked if they had a scale, they brought one for us immediately – no hesitation, just kindness and service. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We've never experienced such care, attention to detail, and warmth at any hotel we've stayed in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. A heartfelt thank you to Isabel and the entire team – you made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

🤗one of the greatest hotels for me locally. Super modern and super clean rooms. Free parking right in front of the door. very centrally located. Nice little free spa that can be used before registering. Great restaurant and kitchen with an outside terrace. Great staff service. A great hotel manager who ensures 100% customer satisfaction! I was even given a higher category free of charge so that I could sleep on the quieter back side of the hotel in the apartment and not in the standard rooms, which are all on the street side. The personnel was very nice. The spa center was also good. Spacious rooms. The toiletries from ‘The white company’ was a nice touch.

Extremely good experience! I have never seen such a hospitality. We arrived late in the evening, but the lady in the reception encouraged us to use SPA facilities and allowed us to stay there after official closing time. We were also offered late departure without any extra fee. I asked about room change and immediately was given a free upgrade. In the morning, we enjoyed a very good breakfast with cappuccino served to the table. Quiet neighbourhood, free parking, elevator, superb comfy queen size bed, ambient lighting, big screen TV - what do you need more?

We truly enjoyed our stay here :) I would especially like to highlight the staff - they were very kind and understanding. We stayed in touch 24/7 during our trip, and they even checked us in very late at night, which allowed us to rest well after a long journey. The soundproofing was excellent, the room had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel itself is new and fresh. The location was perfect for us as we were just passing through, and it was very easy to find. I really recommend staying here.
