Stay was amazing , very much happy with the services provided by entire staff & not to forget Mr.Max who helped us so many times . Would recommend everyone to stay here & enjoy the facilities. We took the tour to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay Cruise it was amazing.Ninh Binh was really good the tour guide was very good. Had a great time on the cruise ,it was our first experience for an overnight stay on a cruise it was excellent. Thank you Mr. Max for being so helpful & giving us the best tour.

Tracy at the front desk was very helpful when checking in early. She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.
