The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To top it off, the spa treatments were top-notch

Everything was absolutely exceptional. We really appreciated the free refillable water bottles that we were given - they were a pleasant surprise. We also really enjoyed the inclusion of a free tram ride early in the morning to see the falls from the Victoria Falls bridge where we were not only shown the views, but also told the history of the bridge’s construction.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. All the rooms face a garden courtyard area in the center. The rooms were comfortable and large. We absolutely loved the staff! They were always friendly and helpful. When our flight was moved, we almost had to cancel a helicopter ride. But the staff helped us work with the helicopter company and rearrange things so we could still go. We ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was really good and… Once again… The staff were there to chat and laugh with.

Amenities, decor, rooms and all tasty meals served on patios with views on the luscious garden that stole my heart! How ever, the trump card of Pioneers is the well trained, efficient staff who carry you on their hands from the moment you arrive. They make feel special and will attend to you with their friendly smiles at all times. Thank you all for making our stay special. Situated in Victoria Falls, within 5 km of the Victoria Falls Bridge, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge offers 4-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. I wish my room had a bathtub. That was really the only complaint. The room was advertised as "watering hole view" but it was really off to the side (room 46). Amazing though, I only stayed one night. I woke up to see the sunrise and saw families of pumbas, monkeys, etc. Magical!!!
