However, this minor hiccup was quickly resolved, a speccial thanks to the prompt and efficient action taken by Emma Gathru the Hotel Manager. Their willingness to address our concern immediately and relocate us to more comfortable accommodations demonstrated a high level of dedication to guest satisfaction. Additionally, I'd like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist Mr. Moutaz who assisted us over the phone to confirm our booking before our travel date.
