The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to provide whatever we needed and gave us tips on where to visit in the city. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the bathroom was also huge. The hotel is quite a short walk from the centre and has many interesting shops and cafes along the way. It's also quite close to tram station which takes you to the central railway/bus station.

The staff were so nice. Especially Lou! Friendly, helpful and kind. The location was ideal. Right in the middle of the old town. And the view from the hotel was fairy-tale worthy. Would deffo come back. They were very accommodating around a late check out too!
