We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain.

Very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Needs modern electrical upgrade to do thing like charge mobile phones with USB wall sockets. The kind owner did lend me an adapter but dedicated standard USB wall chargers would be a great advance.

Family hotel built in traditional Bulgarian style. From the outside it looks like a village hut. The room feels as if you were in the chambers of a courtier in an ancient castle. It is also worth noting the location of the hotel. We didn't come to ski, but to spend a relaxing weekend. This hotel is ideal for a relaxing weekend. We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Dzhangal. Very cosy, warm and clean, in an ideal location in Bansko. Close enough to walk to the gondola for skiing but also far enough out that it was quiet in the evenings and away from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Bansko in the winter skiing to book here!

Fantastic view of the mountains from our spacious room and terrace. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Nice private garden and parking. Krasimir and Maria are so helpful and welcoming, we would 100% stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Green Life. The room was big and very comfortable, the food at the restaurant was beyond expectation (we had similar stays in Bansko and this was the best we had until now). The wifi strength could be improved (we had a corner room). The pool water temperature was ok and it has a decent size. After a day of skiing I really enjoyed the sauna.
