The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

Wow! Very impressed. - big queue at reception to check in, so they gave those waiting Prosecco while we waited. - special shout out to Taylor one of their concierge to advise on dinner locations. We loved him!! Amazing advice. - it was my birthday and got very spoilt… bubbles and cake awaiting me in bedroom. Upgraded to include breakfast every day. And Taylor sent a further gift of cake to our room. - breakfast… wow! A hotel group who have moved with the times (rare). Smoothie and juice bar (including super healthy green juice), entire area for special diet options. And made to order chef items such as omelettes etc. also the coffee was great, lovely and strong… again rare for hotels! Would stay at a Renaissance again, and 100% recommend. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much!

The property is well located and in the middle of São Paulo. Perfect for tourism or business. The staff is excellent and the service is incredible. Jaqueline from housekeeping was amazing. The front desk staff very friendly and efficient.

The staff here are exemplary . Nothing was too much trouble . The bed was super comfortable . Room quiet . Ate in both restaurants and both were great . Pool area is lovely to relax around . Breakfast is excellent

Great hotel! Best en most comfortable bed we stayed in during our 3 week round trip in Brazil. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location.
