It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We had a great stay at the Valbella Resort. Very friendly staff, great rooms, well furnished both in the rooms but also in the public area like the bar. Impressive spa on several floors, great breakfast buffet.

We booked a budget room as it was only a stopover on a road trip, the receptionist was very, very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and very clean and we enjoyed the bar food and a few beers on the terrace watching the paragliders and balloons, we just happened to be in Flims for thei International Hot Air Balloon Week.

The reception staff had excellent local knowledge and were so helpful in finding things to do and how to get there. And I LOVED the complimentary coffee machine and bowl of croissants in the lobby. The co-working spaces are also excellent, very comfortable and stylish !
