We arrived in the late evening. We like big room and comfortable beds. Receptionist was very friendly, she upgraded our room to an even better suite for free. The rooms are nicely furnished, with tea and coffee making facilities. Additional toiletries are also available in the bathroom. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return to this hotel.

I arrived post midnight and already had paid, somehow the hotel was full but without hesitation or problem the staff already booked a taxi for us to Vienna House Hotel in Krönberg and we stayed there at no extra cost and no hassle needed. This is some of the best customer service I have ever come across in Hotel Accommodation. Thank you to Mercure for your exceptional service.

Rooms are all the same style from Hotel to Hotel but that is a good thing.. No surprises Motel One is a good cookie cutter chain.Breakfast is good nice balance of standard fair meats breads Coffee Teas juices water. The location is excellent away from the hoard of broken people that seem to line the streets of Frankfurt on one side of the train station sad I know but not my concern on vacation I am no social worker

Open buffet breakfast was perfect. It even had fresh fruit and vegetable squeezer. All food were top quality. Location is also good, 8 minutes walk to main train station. It is on a quiet street. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Modern decoration. It had all the amenities. Slippers can be taken at the reception.

This is a great hotel in the West End that's super convenient to public transportation, too. The beds and room were very comfortable and of a decent size and the breakfast was outstanding. There were many options for me, and I avoid dairy and gluten. Due to prior, paid-for reservations, I moved at a luxury hotel downtown and regretted leaving the ease and convenient location of this hotel. The neighborhood here feels very safe and walking around after dark to go to the West End restaurants is a big benefit of this location.
