Upon arrival you are greeted with a welcome drink. the hotel is located in the center close to all attractions. I would especially like to praise the staff at the reception who were there on arrival, Elisa and Alberto. they explained everything, introduced us to the city and gave us advice. very professional and nice. the hotel has everything you need for a good vacation. if I come back I will stay here again. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and we were very happy with the service provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to us and our 3 year old daughter! The location couldn't have been better! Hotel is very central and close to all attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
