Very clean, we had room with sea views which has that extra room compared to rooms without the sea view and a much bigger balcony. Provided with toiletries, towels per guest, fridge, very comfortable beds for a good nights rest.

Easy parking, very central , friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Warm, spacious comfortable room with comfortable bed, lovely clean hotel, great choices for breakfast, I would definitely return. I asked for a room with a nice view and was given a room with a pool view, thank you.

We needed a short stay to recuperate from an operation and attend the nearby clinic. The staff were professional, warm, welcoming and super helpful . The hotel company has thought about every little detail to make your stay a delight. Bedroom and bathroom facilities comfortable, clean, spacious, and working well. The breakfast choice was excellent. The kitchen worked all day so we could eat a cooked meal at any time. The bar and sitting areas were spacious and bright. The location was excellent for the Misericordia beach with a promenade which accommodates young and old alike. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Taxi and bus outside the door therefore easy to get into the town for shopping. Or easy walking 4 kms. There are a couple of medium size swimming pools at the back set in a garden with grass but we stayed in April too cold to swim.

We were part of the Leiro experience. We had a beautiful suite on the 7th floor with a humongous bed. We were guided through the suite experiences and extra's. Welcomed with a glass of Cava, valet parking and guided to the room. Included in the package was a visit on the top floor infinity pool. When we came back in the room there was a whole set put ready for us, with a complimentary bottle of Cava and Gin-Tonic. In the morning we had the special breakfast on the top floor. This was wonderful and quiet and possible because we had the Leiro upgrade. The hotel facilities are worth 5 star+ and all the staff was very friendly. You really feel that you are away from home and in a special place. Just great!
