The hotel is an absolute gem – beautifully restored and full of charm. Our room was in a class of its own: refined, serene, and elegantly luxurious, offering luxury in a quiet, refined way. What struck us most was the calm and beauty that defines the entire place. There is a quiet sophistication here that is rare to find – everything is curated with taste and care, yet nothing feels forced. Breakfast was a daily highlight – deliciously prepared with fresh, local ingredients and served on the stunning terrace, surrounded by the peaceful landscape of Gevrey-Chambertin. It was an absolute pleasure. We spent three nights at the hotel, and every moment felt like a gift. A perfect stay in every sense.

The location was excellent. Everything was just round the corner. There was a mini Christmas market close by and that was good fun. The Staff was very friendly and the Hotel has a very convenient Valet facility for parking the car. Rooms were big and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel was just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Dijon and happily accepted dogs. Rose at reception was amazing — so friendly and helpful, even booking a restaurant for us. The hotel was very clean, with the added bonus of a safe in the room. We stayed here as a stopover on our trip to Umbria and would definitely return again.
