Friendliness and kindness of the staff. Dining room staff are exceptional. Domestic staff were very kind, exceptional attention to detail of room cleanliness nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice of meals, breakfast was amazing especially the continental. We felt very comfortable and relaxed and felt at home. Loved the swimming pool and steam room. Perfect location, close to the beach, 5 minute walk over the grassy promenade.. Quiet location. Plenty of car parking spaces.

    Staff were lovely,room was filthy,had to ask to get moved to another room,even then the hot water tap for bath was broken,had sticky Toffee pudding for desert,no spoon gave me 2forks 2knives,couldn't even cut through Toffee pudding with knife n fork,it was rectified,manager apologised,brought fresh pudding,deducted it off my bill.Really should be described as Low Budget Room.will Not be returning.Have photos of everything,pillow had few stains on it.

    Great location, beautiful building design, very clean inside and out. Logan’s restaurant is very inviting. Love the fire pit in the restaurant. Beautiful outdoor space with the lighting. Rooms are very cosy and extremely comfortable bed, lovely seats in the room. Bathroom is very neat and tidy. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
