Our stay at this villa was magnificent. The property is breathtaking, every detail reflects luxury and comfort, from the elegant design to the amazing view. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding personal service. The staff were attentive. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Amazing hotel with super friendly staff and excellent service. We loved the restaurants of the hotel, especially Blue Door and Anthos that offer great Greek cuisine. A special thanks to Giannis and Maria for the cooking lesson. Another highlight is the bar with its team that indulges us with tasty cocktails and wine.

Exclusive location quiet and away from the hectic beach town of Elounda which is not too charming.

Clean rooms, location was great (basically in the center but on a calm street) and the staff extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

A short 3 day stay at Elkins’s Palms was so good we didn’t want to go anywhere - the Junior Suite was outstanding

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier. Thank you to the whole team at Aquilia Hotel for making our stay so wonderful. With staff like this, success is guaranteed!

Stay was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed everything. Access to the sea is absolutely mind blowing, perfect breakfasts, garden in the hotel was fabulous, everyone was super nice.
