Fantastic location. Accessing ubers, and auto was very easy. Amazing room, breakfast was exceptional. Staff were welcoming and provided excited llent service when I injured my hand. They were empathetic and offered immediate trentment. However, There was one staff member in the hotel who showed below 5 star service. Poor engagement with my wife and was unwelcoming. Did not show us to our seat for breakfast and made no eye contact and just waved us into the canteen hall. Nevertheless the rest of the staff were fantastic. A very friendly and bubbly door man who always puts a smile on our face.

After booking I found some negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However, it is an excellent hotel in a good location. The room was large and comfortable with a bath and walk in shower. When I had a problem with the tv, maintenance arrived immediately and sorted it out. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. I dined in both restaurants and the quality of food and service was very good, and good value. Fabulous selection at the complimentary breakfast. The pool area was spotless and tidy and a large pool. The hotel arranged a car and driver for me for a trip and all went smoothly. Both check in and check out was fuss free and rapid. All the staff, from reception, maintenance, restaurant servers and room cleaners were polite cheerful and made me feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was my first time in India and I’m so happy to stay at this hotel. All of the staff highly qualified and helpful, rooms are beautiful. We got upgraded for the rest of the stay, because part of our journey we stayed in the presidential suit, which is famous for hosting actors, presidents etc. Special thanks to our batlers Akash and Vartika as they were taking care of us 24/7. Massage by Akhety was very nice and yoga classes too. Cleaning on top level, we had fresh fruits and some complimentary chocolates. Restaurants are the best in the city, was waiting lunch everyday to try variety of Indian food at the buffet and than dinner at the Asian, chef surprised us with delicious dishes and personal recommendations. Reception answers fast, everybody smiling! Definitely it was a great choice.

The breakfast have many choice, the service team very helpful and nice. They help us settle alot of problem. House keeping team is great too. But all the staff very kind.We didnt understand hindi and they help us communicate with the Uber guys.
