The hotel room was clean...the room was spacious with a beautiful diffuser and plenty of toiletries. The room was secure and extremely quiet hard to believe we were close to the centre of Rome. The breakfast was beautiful plenty to eat and we never felt rushed out of breakfast room. The staff were extremely helpful in every day and tended to our every need and request. I would highly recommend this hotel especially it's location and it was walking distance to all the main attractions and if the legs were a bit worn there was a taxi rank directly across the road.

A wonderful boutique hotel in easy walking distance to many attractions. Close to many local restaurants including the the hotel recommended restaurant across the road which had fresh house made pasta. Excellent friendly service by all of the staff with a special mention for Faruk. We thoroughly enjoyed happy hour at the small in-house bar and the beds were so comfortable

The staff were attentive and helped us with a late arrival. They prepared breakfast for us when we were rushing to get to a pre-arranged tour. They were also gracious in our early departure due to an early train. We could not have been more comfortable, the mini bar provisions were a welcome treat. Being close to the train station is the main reason we booked but I would have no hesitation in suggesting that we will recommend this property and be back ourselves! Thank you Roman Residence!

I can't wait to come back here! My best friend and I chose this place for our first solo trip to Europe, and we didn't expect it to make our vacation this amazing. Both the location and the cleanliness of the rooms made us feel very comfortable and safe. The location was perfect; we could easily get everywhere, and the view from our room was amazing. It was wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine on our balcony. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and excellent service. We're so glad we chose this place, and we'll definitely stay here again for our next trip to Italy! 🥹

We have stayed here 4 nights. We had a great experience, the staff made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Alessandro at check-in and Benji at the bar. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy, the breakfast great for value, we received complementary pasta and a very kind welcome message upon arrival. Highly recommended.
