The staff was amazing, the concierge team was very helpful and they were always available to answer any question we had and make reservations for us which is essential in Tokyo! The rooms were VERY clean, spacious and had excellent amenities. The location is probably one of the best things about this hotel as you are right on Tokyo Station and to get around the city as well as in and out of Tokyo, this is the best place to be.

Ideal location within a minute’s walk to Senso-Ji temple and all the adjacent shopping and restaurants. These attractions could be seen from our bedroom window. Walk another minute to the subway / metro station for ease of access to more of Tokyo. The hotel is very modern and clean. A high floor (13!) lobby overlooks the region and there’s a sky bar one flight of stairs up. Room was very well appointed, great shower and amenities and everything was perfectly clean. Coffee in room and bottled water made for a comfortable and restful stay. Staff were helpful and willing to assist, kind and considerate. I would be very happy to stay again.
