This is by far the best stays I have ever had. We were a party of four (two couples) and had opted for the sea facing family villa which huge and private. The beach, the cliff and the pool- everything was picture perfect. A special call out to the exceptional staff who made our stay so comfortable- Housekeeping: Hemantha/ Damith Butlers: Sandun/ Deen/ Praneeth Kitchen: Shan/ Kaveen Front Office: Tharaka If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed, romantic and luxurious stay by the ocean I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful compact property with direct access to the beach. We were a family of 8 booked into the 2 bedroom sea room and the founders suite … it was fantastic. The founders suite was value for money with the sheer size for everyone to hang out together + the private pool. The food was amazing. Every dish was delicious and the staff was friendly… Totally a wonderful experience

My wife and I had the most wonderful stay at Niyagama House. It felt so good to check in there after our two weeks of adventures in Sri Lanka. The property was beautiful with a big and beautiful pool. The staff was super friendly with an amazing service and the food was made by a true masterchef. Great location close to Galle and Unawatuna town where there is lots to do and see. Lots of nice restaurants. Villa food, especially the breakfast, also great mind you! Room was massive, facilities great. Lovely to be able to sit with the sea a stones throw away. Staff very pleasant.
