Very nice place with friendly staff specially FAHAZ, gave us supperb breakfast he was a really nice person who gave us supprb service at the restaurant. Room was clean and well arranged nice palce with supperb view and we enjoyed staying there. Higherly recommended.

Staff was very helpful, always ready to help. The selection and quality of food at the restaurant was exceptional; the sous-chef came out frequently to check if the food was okay; the senior staff members kept checking if our stay was good and sought feedback. The location and the facility was outstanding.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking 24 hectares of tea plantation, surrounded by luscious mountains. It is the perfect combination of peace and isolation amidst a breathtaking scenery. The hotel staff are very attentive to guests’ needs - be it booking car transfers or showing the best hike routes in the area. This place is a gem and we look forward to coming back.
