During our stay we loved everything and every detail: beautiful , spacious suites; relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space throughout the hotel. Lot of tastefully decorated cosy corners, 3 outdoor swimming pools and it never felt crowded eventhough hotel was fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Food is really good in all 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our Family massage at Spa , as well as private cinema experience . Hotel is located outside of the city , but only 25 mins ride away from the Medina / Hivernage areas . We liked being able to retreat to the tranquil area of the hotel after experiencing vibrant energy of Souk. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we will definitely come back. Five stars!

I had a fantastic experience at this riad! The service was exceptional, the staff were always helpful, friendly, and very professional. The room was very clean and well-maintained every day. The peaceful atmosphere and warm hospitality made my stay very enjoyable. I recommend it and will definitely come back next time.

The hosts (Ali and Imad) were the best hosts I ever experienced in a hotel! They treated us in such a nice way :) they are friendly, fun and very warm! The riad is very well decorated, it has AC and the breakfast is good and local! The hammam + massage are also worth it!

- the best breakfast I've tried in hotels - the staff is extremely friendly, especially Bourhim and Karim, who were always available and you can contact them via whatsapp for any information related to the Riad and Marrakesh itself - The riad is located in an excellent location, very nicely decorated, especially the rooftop is ideal in the evening to rest and listen to the music that can be heard from the square

Riad Anya is an amazing place to stay during your visit in Marrakesh. It is very stylish and cozy with huge rooftop terrace. The food was delicious and spa treatments were very nice! However the best part of our visit were all the people working in the riad. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and made our stay an unforgettable experience! An absolute top level of hospitality I’ve ever experienced! Thank you for having us! I’ll for sure choose Riad Anya again when visiting Marrakesh :)

Riad Wow has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Marrakech: a beautifully designed Riad, clean rooms, top service from the staff and very good food (here we would particularly like to mention Hassan in the restaurant with his delicious food and service and Fatima in the reception that helped us with different suggestions on what to do and see during our stay). It is also well situated, if you want to stay near the Medina, but not in it.

The staff at the Riad was absolutely amazing. They were kind and did everything they could to make sure that we had the most amazing stay. The breakfast was excellent, so tasty! The staff was very helpful, Noel offered to show us the way to the main square and gave us some tips and tricks :) The riad was very quiet, nice and with good people overall. The room was perfect! The bed so big and so so comfortable. The bathroom was very big and aesthetically pleasing.

We spent wonderful 4 days in Riad Tizwa. Considering the very unfortunate circumstances (an earthquake that had happened some 80kms from Marrakesh area few days before our arrival) we had some concerns whether to proceed with our journey. Eventually we did and this decision really paid off. We received a truly royal treatment from the Riad Tizwa crew for which we are very grateful. The guys were always there ready to help us and handle even the slightest inconvenience. Apart from the hospitality we loved the newly renovated interiors and design of the riad. And of course the peace and retreat we found there after spending a day in the Medina.

    This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the interior design is flawless. We took a one bed villa with private pool for 3 nights. Unfortunately the pool was cloudy, but the hotel upgraded us to the royal villa which more than compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were understanding and enabled us to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Royal Villa is vast and beautifully appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing on a hot day. We lushed in luxury!
