We were early for check-in, so they suggested their restaurant where we had a marvelous lunch. As we were finishing, they came to show us to our room which had been upgraded to a larger riverview. Along the way thay gave us a tour of the facilities which included a fantastic spa which we used while it was pouring rain that afternoon. Great staff & beautiful Hotel.

We love As Janelas Verdas and we have stayed there before. By way of thanks they upgraded us to a junior suite, which was wonderful. It is a special place to stay, the staff are great and the area around full of interesting eateries. And, of course, the library is such a special space.

Double bed was super comfy and big! 🤩 Everything was clean; Staff was nice; Although I did not have breakfast included, they gave me a 10% voucher to spend at the restaurant, which is a nice touch; Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel; Check in from 15h 00 and check out at 12h00 which is really convenient; Good desk and nice chair for remote work;

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our break at York House. Our room was superb, very comfortable, clean and great size. Staff were very friendly. The building was old but has been renovated beautifully. They have a lovely garden to sit and have breakfast, drinks etc. Good location and close to the centre of Lisbon. Lovely restaurants to eat in.

Pretty much everything . The stuff is amazing, breakfast simply the best I ever taste. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and the building from outside looks old and traditional. Location simply can not get any better, close to everything. We were very happy and love every minute spent there. Strongly recommend this place.
