The hotel is wonderful! We stayed for a wee. Very friendly professional smiling staff. The hotel is excellently located, everything you need is nearby, a shuttle runs to the sea every hour, which is very convenient! Delicious food and excellent breakfasts. I would especially like to note the atmosphere of the hotel, the style is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is very beautiful and authentic, the pool is gorgeous.❤️

First of all the I was very happy while booking as the room is coming with pool access. TBH I was skeptical if the room will be nice after reading through the earlier mixed reviews, but once we reached there, I was tapping on my shoulder for all the research I did for finding the hotel. We were greeted with a welcome drink which was giving a good 1st impression. The room was clean, the breakfast provided was exceptional, not repeating the menu daily & of course the taste was good as well. The price of the food in the restaurant is affordable & not too much of a different from outside cafe. There will be some insects coming into the room if you open the sliding door from the pool but that is normal & pls bring your insects repellent. The staff there are very polite & there is a bell boy named Mr.Bird who was very helpful. The front desk staff was resourceful & helpful when I was asking if there is any tour plan available in the hotel. As overall, I liked my stay in this hotel & definitely will come again for the next visit. 💯💯💯

This place is incredible! The employees are exceptionally kind, helpful, and most of them speak English. My friend and I stayed for two nights, and we regret not booking a longer stay. I will definitely be back. The breakfast was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean—even the elevators smelled nice. The pool is stunning as well. I want to give a special thank you to Eye and Ray, who were incredibly supportive when my friend got food poisoning (from eating street food). They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, caring for her and checking on her progress. Thanks again! I can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed here for almost a week and had nothing to complain about. The hotel was definitely worth the money, and everything was conveniently located nearby. I recommend renting a bike to explore Kata and Karon Beach more easily.

Pros: Best kid friendly hotel Ive been too! Room we chose had teepee in it and the kids really loved it. They also had separate toiletries for the kids, and a stepstool in the toilet that small kids can use. Excellent buffet spread and they also have a buffet table for kids! Kids club was a blast, there’s a ball pit with slides, and also a room where kids can read books, play legos and video games. First also my husband and I were able to leave our kids in the kids club as we went for a massage. Massage rooms and beds are so clean. we had a best massage there. Mini water park was also a hit with my kids. Kids and adults can also play billiards and foosball This hotel is small for a 5 Star but we feel the size is just right!Enclosed and feels very private. . We regret that we only booked for 3D2N, should have stayed longer. Kevin?(Filipino guy who suggested the kids playroom, you’re ideas are the best!), Aye, the staff from the reception, housekeeping, actually every one, all the staff who helped us and made our stay comfortable, Thank you!

    Words cannot do justice to how incredible this hotel is. Stunning Thai design with the most amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here! The room was spacious and pools were gorgeous. Great breakfast selection and free shuttle to nearby Kata beach. Good location in Phuket - away from the noise but close to Kata night market, many restaurants etc.
