A great hotel! From the easy, friendly check in, to the gorgeous decor and fab location, we loved this hotel. Wifi was fast and the hotel was super clean. small rooms but very comfortable.

Absolutely loved the vibe and staff that greeted on arrival. Friendly to the last minute you check out. That is everybody. The reception, the bell man whose services you even didn't require. Everyone maintains the impression that you the guest number one. This hotel is more like that Continental hotel from John Wick movies. The location beats all. There is happy hour with liqueurs from 17 to 18. In the mornings there is hot water and coffee in the lobby. Perfect San Francisco stay. There is more. The coffee espresso machine in the room is Illy. There are also refillable aluminum bottles for water. The pantry where you can refill are on 03 and 07 floor. Your will appreciate the rooms overlooking the inner yard as they are especially shielded from street noises. The BART station is Montgomery and is 07 mins walk. Not convinced? The boutique hotel was lovely, clean, the continental breakfast selection was more like a "European style" --full on menu (i.e.,beverages- juices, teas, coffee, espresso, hot entree with assortment of breads, pastries, spreads, fruits, cold entrees, etc.). The food was excellent. The quality of the food and beverages were exceptional! The morning dining room staff were professional and courteous and not intrusive to guests while dining. but, if you needed to order an item from the dine in menu the staff was there to take your order and worked efficiently. The dining room was clean and setup lovely. The staff always kept the food area replenished and very clean! We also enjoyed the 24 hour availably for in room dining. My husband and I will definitely be returning soon to stay at Hotel Drisco. The 24 hour parlor room service with hot and cold beverages with light snacks was a welcome treat especially the biscotti! Nice to come back to the Hotel and relax in the parlor room with a beverage and have a snack. The selection of quality teas were very nice. All the Hotel Drisco staff from bell men, front desk, dining room and housekeeping were professional and courteous especially, Tanjay! Our room was clean and very comfortable...housekeeping staff always kept our room very clean...like the bed and bath linens too!
