The location is great, the place it’s clean but, most of all, the staff is amazing. Mariano helped us planning our trip, Matias was super kind and helpful and Rosa was gentle and very nice.

Los Ponchos Boutique Hotel is located just 500 metres from the picturesque Argentino Lake. It is also ideally located for exploring the mountains, forests and glaciers of this Patagonian region. The hotel was lovely. Rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and we had plenty of food and could get 2nds. They even offered us apples and bananas to take with us. The packed breakfast was also very good.

Every main trip from El Calafate - to Perito Moreno Glacier, El Chalten (Fitz Roy) and Torres del Paine park (Chile) was organized smoothly with the hotel help. Would recommend for any serious traveller.
