The premium 5 stars beach front resort offers spacious modern stylish rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with balcony or terrace overlooking a garden, pool or sea view. It also includes a seating area with a satellite LCD TV and a private bathroom fitted with a bathtub or shower. The hotel is very beautiful and the facilities are amazing. I got a free upgrade and cake for my birthday. The staff were very nice and treated me well.

This 5-star resort is located in the heart of Hurghada and offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. It includes 3 swimming pools, a spa, a children's pool and a private beach along the Red Sea. It also includes an aqua park. Here are some of the things we appreciated the most: - the service is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, may it be in the restaurants, bars, at the pools / beach. - The various water worlds: we particularly enjoy the quietness of the quiet pool, it is very relaxing, despite the construction area beneath which we hardly notice; the water slides are great fun; the Olympic pool is a delight for swimmers.  - Food / beverage offer: great.  - Each bar has its own charm, especially at night with the beautiful lightnings. Sunset from the Bella Vista is gorgeous. - The room is spacious and comfortable.  I’m sure I’m forgetting to mention something noteworthy, but all in all we are very satisfied.  Even if the occupancy was high, nowhere was overcrowded, even in the Palm the crew makes it possible to get a table in the shortest of times.  So a big thumbs up and thank you to the whole team!
