Located in Alexandria city center, Alexander The Great Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies and free WiFi. The hotel overlooks the Episcopal Church and features a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk service. At first, the hotel was not very easy to find, but once I reached the check-in desk, I was warmly welcomed by the very friendly Mr. Mina, who offered me an upgrade from the originally booked hotel. Although I arrived two hours before the scheduled check-in time, I was given a room without any problem. "Room" is an understatement—it was a very spacious apartment with a lounge area, a large bedroom, and a bathroom. Two air conditioning units easily maintained the desired temperature, and the internet was fast enough for remote work. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and included an omelet, fruit, cheese, vegetables, juice, and a selection of bread—more than enough. Mr. Mina was happy to answer all my questions, and I’m very glad I chose this hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
