This is the second time we have stayed as we loved it so much. It’s a fabulous, relaxing little retreat for couples and the hosts are very nice. Delicious breakfast and the whole package feels very personal.

Around 4 miles from Sudbury, Rectory Manor offers provides elegant rooms with beautiful garden views. With a swimming pool and tennis court, it also offers free parking and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed the country setting, the grounds, the breakfast, the history and most of all the effort put in by the host. Our room was lovely, with lots of little touches and style. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend a visit.

The Abbey Hotel has independant access apartments and suites available which each have their own private entrance and private parking. Great location but also really quiet. It's such a historical beautiful building. Big room and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was made to order, and the choice was numerous. I love staying here.

Situated in the village of Gillingham, the The Swan Motel, Gillingham offers a restaurant, a pub with billiards and darts, free WiFi access and free on-site parking. Highly recommend this lovely motel, very clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. Came in January but the grounds of the motel look like a wonderful place to sit out on a summer evening and relax. Owner is a lovely chap. Go and visit The Swan you'll not be disappointed 🙂
