The front desk staff were so helpful and gave us some amazing tips for our stay in Madurai. When we arrived there was a lovely lady behind reception who had some henna on her so she did some designs on my wife’s hand, which was a lovely little touch. They also have recommended Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel and they helped negotiate a price for the whole evening, where the driver waited for us wherever we went, for a great price. This hotel is located in a great place too!

Free parking is provided. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Breakfast was excellent and we get to try amazing Indian specialities. Room service was very fast and efficient. Staff were well trained and friendly. The room is standard but very comfortable and the control box near the bed worked very well which rarely the case. Location was perfect to find eateries around and to tour Chennai. we highly recommend this hotel. The swimming pool is cute on the roof top nice view.

I only had one day stay and because of a flight delay I arrived quite late and had to leave early. But everything that I saw and experienced was very good.

The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.
