Room, facilities, food and service were all exellent. Staff were very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Location was a little bit far to the main City ( Pub Street) and a crowded places.

We have staying here for one nights. The location is not so convenient, but have many tuk tuk stand by in the front of hotel and the price was cheap. The breakfast delicioius. Our room is at 1st floor, the pool view is nice. It is clean and great design.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Everything was clean. The staff is incredibly kind, the location is very nice, with a lot of restaurants, spa and bar close from there. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food too, and a pool to relax and enjoy the peace of this place. “The Urban” just feels like home to us. Definitely will come back here!
