The modern rooms at this self-service check-in hotel feature a private balcony with views over the valley, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, and a bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub. It’s my second stay at Hotel Oberland located in the hills above Vaduz. The hotel has a fully automated check in process and there is no staff except for at breakfast and of course housekeeping. The rooms are small but nice and comfortable, and with a great balcony overlooking the valley (Switzerland and Lichtenstein). If the weather is right the view from the balcony is stunning, and don’t miss the sunset. Breakfast is also good.

Located in a quiet area in Schaffhausen, 600 metres from the Rhine River and 3 km from the Rheinfall, the biggest waterfall in Europe, Hotel Park Villa features an à la carte restaurant serving regional cuisine, a bar and free WiFi. A train station is 400 metres away. The Hotel is elegant and old - 1900- and you feel like royalty when you walk in. The staff are so friendly and Max, the host and waiter, is eloquent and amazing. The room suite was perfect! The bed comfy and it had all the accouterments for relaxing. The breakfast was so delicious. They go the extra mile!
