The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Breakfast should have been included in my room - that is what I selected - but when I arrived it was not. Also my room was almost twice the cost of my colleagues - that is not OK. We should have the same rate.

It’s also just a short distance from the street food street. We stayed on the 22nd floor, and our room was very spacious with panoramic windows offering views of Menara 118 and the TV tower, as well as a partial view of the Petronas Towers. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartments have several pools, both for children and adults. The pool is long enough for swimming long distances.

This boutique hotel boasts 2 dining options, a rooftop infinity pool and a fitness centre. Free WiFi throughout and parking with fees are provided. The staff were always friendly, helpful snd polite especially when we were eating breakfast and the sercurity were helpful and friendly too, opening the door always smiling. The cleaning staff were wonderful too. The different selection of breakfast each day and dinner was a noticable plus too. Great value for money overall

Shower facilities and premium toiletries are included in the en suite bathroom. Aloft Kuala Lumpur Central is my favourite hotel when I travel to Malaysia. The rooms are large, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The quality of the beds and linen is excellent. The breakfast is the best I have ever found while traveling in Southeast Asia. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect. The hotel is directly accessible from the train station where many trains and a monorail depart for intra-city and extra city travel.
